Our services

Complex care

Our Medical Director is a former intensive care nurse. This means that expertise in special care needs is a priority for us and we aim to deliver the highest quality in care services, with a focus on patient safety and the facilitation of maximum quality of life. Person-centred care is the creed by which we operate, whatever the circumstances of our clients. We specialise in the care of adults and children, which includes physical illness or disability or dementia.

Domiciliary care

Our carers are there to provide general assisted living to enable our clients to live their lives with dignity. We adapt to provide the specific assistance needed for clients daily and routine needs, such as toileting, bathing, dressing and mobility. Again, person-centred care is our ethos and we aim to be a valued companion to our clients. Our carers will also provide medical assistance, where the presence of a specialist nurse is not required, such as the administration of medication.

Dementia care

The majority of our carers have experience and training in an elderly care home environment and are familiar with caring for people with various stages of dementia. The philosophy of person-centred care is at the heart of dementia care, emphasising that each client is a unique individual with their own life story and experiences. Whether in a care home or in a domiciliary setting, we will place only carers that recognise this and work to a care plan that is suited to the particular needs of a client, with kindness and understanding.

Companionship

Companionship is vital in providing care support to the elderly. As well as giving emotional support, it helps to reduce loneliness and facilitates overall well-being. Fully versed in person-centred care, our carers are compassionate in the provision of companionship to people in care, ensuring they feel valued and connected.
